Our 24’ X 24’ barn or garage kit may be used for a variety of purposes. They are the perfect size for a two-car garage, for a variety of animals, as a workshop-or any combination of those uses. The full loft offers space for storage, a workshop, studio or some living space.
Door and window openings, and their locations, can be modified to meet your requirements. The classic style of these barns fit in anywhere. Example plans and photos are below. Optional doors and windows are not included in the kits. The kit includes an architectural asphalt roof.
We have been producing our 24’ X 24’ barn /garage/workshop kits since the 1980s. They have been built in many states, including New Hampshire, Washington, California, New York, Vermont, and Oregon. They have been used for vehicle storage, landscape businesses, art studios, offices, and much more. The open plan on both floors offers lots of flexibility. The loft provides extra storage, workshop and/or living space.
